Merry Christmas!

The Walking Master!

So Darius has learned how to walk more than one or two steps! Normally he walks with his hands out as if he is zombie. Although in this video he is holding his bottle so he's not doing it. Hopefully I can get one with him doing it. Haha who knew zombies could be cute?!?

A little thirsty? Mission accomplished?

So Darius has wanted my mother's pepsi since he noticed it about 4 months old. Of course he doesn't get soda, has never tried it before. My mother had the bottle(lid closed) on the floor where she was sitting, but left to go smoke outside. I turn around looking for him since he got eerily quiet to find him attempting to drink my mothers soda. He was so happy he finally got it. Except he couldn't get anything out of it. I grabbed it opened it, took a sip re-closed it and set it back on the floor. I wasn't even thinking. Darius of course watched the entire time, grabbed it and tried to open it, and then drink from it. Much to his dismay, there was no success.

Darius finally hit 1 years old! He is just the cutest thing! And he did not like the texture of the cake, but recovered quick enough to take a decent picture. Love his smirks and eyebrow shakes!

So it was starting to get a bit chilly outside especially for the little guy. So naturally we went out and bought him a new beanie, and man does he love his pictures taken!

First time swinging!

So baby boy got to try out the park for the first time! He loved it! And for some reason thought the kid next to him was hilarious! The entire time he is laughing at this kid getting pushed by his father. The older he gets the more his personality is just like his mothers.

Mastering The Roll!

So Proud of Darius! You already knew that he could roll from his stomach onto his back. Well While I was reading on the floor drinking tea near him, I noticed he was trying to get to his toy. He rolled onto his stomach for the first time. Got his toy and rolled back onto his back. I was so excited I just had to call his daddy and tell him the news!

So Darius was giggling like crazy playing with this frog Plushie, so I grabbed my phone as quick as I could. I had to get him to giggle again. It wasn't as Epic as it was before I taped it but still Damn cute! You might have to turn up your sound. I keep forgetting to turn it up on my phone.

Cuspid

Darius now has a tooth in! Took a couple of days of being SUPER fussy, but it has made it. One on the bottom. He's got a couple more coming in. A couple on top and I do believe one more on the bottom.

The picture is a bit blurry it's a little hard to take a picture of a baby's mouth, but its on the bottom. It's in the middle.

Roller Baby!

My son hated being on his stomach when we started doing it. For the first month and a half he wasn't on it because he had stomach problems and decided he didn't like it. WELL! Finally after try and try and try again he loves it! And loves to roll! Such a cutie! <3

Take a snooze, Chat it up!

So Darius is always adorable, but I also just love looking at his sleeping face. He loves his blankets. Maybe a little too much. I have to constantly check on him cause he likes to pull them over his face. So scary and dangerous! But I'm on top of it. I found out put it on him after he's fallen asleep your good. He's got to use a blanket. My room gets SUPER cold! Can't have the baby getting sick!

So I got Darius a new swing/seat to use. You can either make it vibrate, swing, play music or take the seat off and he can just be seated which also bounces. Just too cute.

Head Held High!!

Darius Finally rolled over from his stomach to his back January 31, 2013!! Twice in a row at 2:40 Pm!

Also, Held his head up on his tummy! He was a little behind since he could be on his stomach for so many months having such a sick tummy. Poor baby! But! He's caught up so quick!!

By the time I thought of taking a picture he had already had his head held up for awhile so it wasn't as high in the pic as it was before. But either way! Good job sweetheart! ;]

Darius was being cranky not wanting to go to sleep so I thought lets do something fun for a little while this time.
